This contract (hereinafter the “contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206 of 6 September 2005, “Consumer Code.” The contract concerns the sale of movable goods between Meo Fusciuni Srl, with registered office in via Mascardi 37 \u2013 19038 Sarzana (SP), and the consumer (hereinafter the “Customer”). The contract is concluded directly through Meo Fusciuni’s acceptance of a purchase proposal made by the Customer via the website www.meofusciuni.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When purchasing, the customer agrees to receive the purchased products based on their product codes (SKUs) and, if applicable, barcodes (EANs).<\/p>

Please note that Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> is not responsible for any delays in delivery times attributable to the courier. Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> accepts customer orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products in stock. Therefore, acceptance by meo fusciuni of the purchase proposal submitted by the customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock.\n\nMeo Fusciuni<\/strong> undertakes to promptly notify the customer of any unforeseeable stock shortages due to excess demand or other causes. If the products are immediately available in stock, meo fusciuni undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the customer within the timeframes indicated on the shipping methods and costs page. The customer represents and guarantees:<\/p>

– That he or she is a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code.
– That he or she is of legal age.
– That the information provided for the execution of the contract is true and accurate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Right of withdrawal<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receiving the products.<\/p>

Send an email to shop@meofusciuni.com<\/strong> specifying “return” in the subject line. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with further information on how to proceed. Be sure to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.<\/p>

A customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products in perfect condition and unused (still wrapped), strictly in the same packaging in which they were received, to the address indicated on the invoice\/delivery note within 14 days of receiving the products. The online sales document originally enclosed with the shipment must be enclosed with the products to be returned.<\/p>

Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:<\/p>

– Products that have been used even minimally (e.g., opened and sprayed perfume) or damaged.
– Products opened by the customer, which are no longer intact and laminated.
– Products invoiced to companies and not to individuals, or purchased with a VAT number.<\/p>

Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be inspected for any damage or tampering not caused by transportation.<\/p>

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.<\/p>

Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the products at the Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> warehouse, subject to verification of the integrity of all products. If the returned products are used, damaged, opened, or in packaging other than the original, Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> will not be able to refund or replace the products.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Damaged or defective products<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMeo Fusciuni undertakes to carefully package all products shipped to the customer; however, in exceptional cases, damage may occur during transport. If the package is clearly tampered with on the outside, the customer is required to not accept it or to accept it with reservations: otherwise, Meo Fusciuni assumes no responsibility. Following the refusal or acceptance of a package with damaged packaging with reservations, the customer is required to notify Meo Fusciuni within 2 days of the delivery date, to allow for the required verification procedures with the courier in charge of the shipment and, if necessary, to arrange for a replacement or refund.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The customer will be informed of the progress of the shipment by email.<\/p>

The courier will make two delivery attempts: if the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will return the next business day, unless the delivery area is served on alternate days. If the customer is absent on the second delivery attempt, the package will be held in the warehouse closest to the delivery area. The customer must then personally collect the package within two business days, paying the related storage fees, which increase daily and are determined independently by each branch.<\/p>

Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> may decide, if the customer does not respond within two business days, to release the package by returning it to the sending branch.<\/p>

Meo Fusciuni<\/strong> is required to refund the customer the amount previously paid, less storage and return shipping fees, which are calculated on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
