Return Policy
At meofusciuni.com, we want every purchase to be a satisfying experience. However, if you wish to return one or more products, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date.
Conditions for accepting a return
Please ensure that returned products meet the following conditions, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale:
– Products must be intact, unused, complete with original tags, safety film, and all accessories included.
– They must be returned in their original packaging.
– Used, incomplete, altered, or damaged items will not be accepted.
– Customized products are not eligible for returns.
– The return request must be made within 30 days of order delivery.
– The package must be handed over to the courier within 30 days of confirmation of return authorization.
Shipping costs for returns
Shipping costs for returning products to our warehouse, via courier or postal service, are entirely borne by the customer.
Refund amount
We will refund only the price of the purchased products, excluding any initial shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refund procedure
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Under no circumstances will you be charged any additional fees for refund processing.
Refund times
We will refund your money no later than:
– 14 days from receiving the returned product at our warehouse
Or
– 14 days from receiving proof of shipment from the customer
Or
– 14 days from the date we receive notification of your intention to return the product, if no product has been delivered.
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of the refunded amount.
