Where do you ship from?
Meo Fusciuni's operational and tax headquarters are in Italy, and all shipments are made from our country.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped within 2 business days of placing the order, excluding holidays and weekends. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Which courier do you ship with?
Our orders are shipped using various available couriers, choosing the right one based on the destination area. You can also specify a delivery point, which will certainly make it easier for us to receive your goods.

What payment methods are accepted?
We use the Stripe platform so you have a wide variety of payment methods available, including Apple, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I ask for gift wrapping?
Yes, of course, you can make a gift and include a dedication that will be printed on a greeting card with the Meo Fusciuni logo.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery by contacting shop@meofusciuni.com
ATTENTION: Purchased items must be returned unused and in their original packaging with the outer plastic film intact to ensure their suitability for resale, for health and hygiene reasons. If the returned goods are not in resalable condition, we may not accept your return. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions of Sale section.

Thank you, but we don't do "perfume-for-review" collaborations. If you'd like to write about us spontaneously after purchasing one of our fragrances, we'd be even happier.

What are the shipping costs?
SHIPPING COSTS:
– €6 within Italy, free for orders over €90
– €20 within the European Union, free for orders over €170
– €35 outside the European Union, free for orders over €300 (Shipping costs do not include customs duties, which will be calculated in your country and must be paid to the courier before delivery).In any case, shipping costs will be displayed after you enter the delivery country and the total purchase amount.

Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, currently our minimum spend is €50.00 (excluding shipping costs)

I've already made the payment, but I've changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
If the package hasn't been shipped yet, we can cancel the order, but your credit card will still be charged, so you won't be able to fully refund the amount you paid.

What happens if I don't pay customs duties?
A notice at the time of purchase warns you that you will have to pay customs duties upon arrival in your country. Therefore, if you fail to pay the taxes and the package is returned to the sender, you will be charged for all shipping, handling, and customs clearance costs incurred. The amount paid upon purchase will be refunded.
