Definition and object of the contract

Payment methods
Purchases made on the website www.meofusciuni.com are safe and guaranteed and can be made using the following payment methods:
– Credit cards or Apple Pay with Stripe
– PayPal
Delivery of products
Customer obligations
The customer represents and guarantees:
– That he or she is a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code.
– That he or she is of legal age.
– That the information provided for the execution of the contract is true and accurate.
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 10 days of receiving the products.
Send an email to shop@meofusciuni.com specifying “return” in the subject line. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with further information on how to proceed. Be sure to include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.
A customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products in perfect condition and unused (still wrapped), strictly in the same packaging in which they were received, to the address indicated on the invoice/delivery note within 14 days of receiving the products. The online sales document originally enclosed with the shipment must be enclosed with the products to be returned.
Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, of the Consumer Code, the customer does not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:
– Products that have been used even minimally (e.g., opened and sprayed perfume) or damaged.
– Products opened by the customer, which are no longer intact and laminated.
– Products invoiced to companies and not to individuals, or purchased with a VAT number.
Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be inspected for any damage or tampering not caused by transportation.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of the products at the Meo Fusciuni warehouse, subject to verification of the integrity of all products. If the returned products are used, damaged, opened, or in packaging other than the original, Meo Fusciuni will not be able to refund or replace the products.
Damaged or defective products
Storage costs
The customer will be informed of the progress of the shipment by email.
The courier will make two delivery attempts: if the customer is absent on the first delivery attempt, the courier will return the next business day, unless the delivery area is served on alternate days. If the customer is absent on the second delivery attempt, the package will be held in the warehouse closest to the delivery area. The customer must then personally collect the package within two business days, paying the related storage fees, which increase daily and are determined independently by each branch.
Meo Fusciuni may decide, if the customer does not respond within two business days, to release the package by returning it to the sending branch.
Meo Fusciuni is required to refund the customer the amount previously paid, less storage and return shipping fees, which are calculated on a case-by-case basis.
Force majeure
In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Meo Fusciuni shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part and suspend or postpone its execution.
